King Snake Walking Stick

I had a request for a San Diego Mountain King Snake Walking Stick.  It’s carved from a single piece of Lodgepole Pine and hand painted.

It’s been a busy year and a beautiful summer. Some of you already know, that I have been doing my best to grow my youtube channel with posts of my lifestyle and carving videos. Recently I  started a Facebook page and I am on Patreon, too.  I have met a lot of great people, online,  and really enjoy hearing from them.

Copperhead Snake Walking Stick 70

I carved this Copperhead Walking Stick out of a single Piece of Lodgepole Pine.  This is a Northern Copperhead which has some added spots to its pattern in comparison to the other Copperheads.  Thanks for stopping by!

Stick 69 Red Cedar Chief

This walking stick was hand carved from a single piece of wood out of Red Cedar. I carved this staff with an added hand grip. This beautiful wood is in its natural color, I didn’t add any wood stain to it. I only applied a clear coat of polyurethane.

Eastern King Snake Walking Stick

I carved this King Snake and White Oak branch with it’s leaves all out of a single piece of wood.  It was a real challenge to bring all the leaves and stems together onto one branch.

Canebrake Timber Rattler

On my latest walking stick it was requested that it be a Canebrake Timber Rattle Snake in the yellow phase. I added a checkered hand grip. This was carved out of one solid piece of wood and hand painted. A coat of high gloss polyurethane brings out the rich color of the Redwood.

Walking stick #47 in Progress

In this new custom ordered project I am featuring two snakes.  The Diamondback Rattlesnake will be curling back to view its predator.  The King snake will be winding around beneath in pursuit of its prey.  I hope you enjoy watching the progress of this project. I will continue to post progress updates and I plan to make a video for my youtube channel when this walking stick is finished.
